Letters

This song was originally written as a country tune in 1973 and later recorded for the "Curious" cassette in 1993 a little more Rockin'. My brother Jeff allways said he wished I had recorded it country so I may do that some time in the future...

Letters

Bracken & Katt

I Guess I'll Check The Mailbox Again
Gonna Give It Up For The Day
Guess I'm Just A Gonna Have To Pretend
That This Letter Came Yesterday
Well Here I Am Sitting On The Old Park Bench
Wishing That I Really Knew
I Can Write New Songs To Sing
But I Can't Write Letters From You

Letters Saying Sweet Things
Letters That Say That You Care
Letters That Say You Would Hold Me
If I Were Only There

(Solo)

I Guess I'll Write You Again Tonight
And I'll Be Hoping That I'll Hear From You
The One Letter That I Got Is Faded With Tears
Now I Wonder Was It Really True
Well Here I Am Sitting Up Again Tonight
Wishing That I Really Knew
I Can Write New Songs To Sing
But I Can't Write Letters From You

Letters Saying Sweet Things
Letters That Say That You Care
Letters That Say You Would Hold Me
If I Were Only There

(Solo Out)
